The hotel/room was clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my perfectly pleasant 3 nights stay here. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a nice bathroom and views of courtyard. The pastries and fruit for breakfast were much appreciated.

We were provided a wheelchair accessible room with a comfortable bed, which was crucial, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including pastries and fruit.

Everything was really beautiful with huge rooms. Big beds, perfect location close to everything you might need or want to see. Next to the Kasbah and tannery. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as tea, pastries, and fruit.

Loved the hotel's terrace, perfect for people-watching. The manager's reception was a nice touch, I definitely mingled with strangers over free drinks. And oh, don't forget the three restaurants! Who needs to explore outside the hotel?

Ah, just one tiny thing. I missed the chance to get lost in the city because the airport shuttle was too convenient.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite. Every corner of the Riad was adorned with beautiful Moroccan artwork and intricate details, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness put into making the hotel accessible for people of all ages. The hallways and common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, with comfortable seating areas strategically placed throughout. It was a delight to explore the hotel and admire the stunning decor at every turn.

I wish there had been more support available for senior guests. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, I found it challenging to navigate the Wi-Fi connection in my room.

The caretaker, Lotfi, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. He gave us great recommendations for local eateries and even took the time to show us around the city. the cleaning lady was lovely and always had a smile on her face. the property itself is beautiful and our room was the nicest we had during our trip. the host provided us with delicious orange juice, coffee, and other accompaniments.

We felt truly at home and would definitely return. Cons: Nothing to fault.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. there was no private bathroom, only a shared one which was a bit small.

I absolutely loved the charming and traditional Moroccan decor of the Riad. The colors, patterns, and beautiful furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the Riad, such as the shared terrace, were also well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. It was so lovely to relax there and enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the views of Tetouan.

I would have appreciated some handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms for better safety and convenience. It would have made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
